Turn the request into a shared project basis.

Whether you need a complete machine, a control panel, a programming package, or help with existing equipment, the first step is understanding the work and its boundaries. We review the available information and identify the decisions needed before committing to a delivery scope.

PROJECT STAGES

A defined path from inquiry to delivery.

01 / Scope and proposal

Clarify the application, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, schedule, and commercial terms. Identify open technical questions that need a separate review.

02 / Engineering and review

Develop the agreed work, coordinate interfaces, and review decisions at useful milestones. Record changes that affect the technical scope or delivery.

03 / Verification and handover

Complete agreed checks, record results and open items, and transfer the drawings, software, or equipment information included in the scope.

WORKING RESPONSIBILITIES

Keep decisions and changes visible.

  • Agree who approves drawings, substitutions, and software changes
  • Identify customer-supplied information, materials, and site resources
  • Coordinate supplier responsibilities at machine and controls interfaces
  • Review scope or schedule changes before affected work proceeds
  • Define final file formats, software backups, and document ownership
