PANELS FROM YOUR DESIGN

Build-to-Print Panels

Control-panel assembly from customer-supplied drawings, with a clear boundary between design ownership, procurement, assembly, and testing.

SERVICE SCOPE

Your released drawings. A clearly defined build scope.

MCT Nexus can work from an existing electrical package for a new panel, a repeat machine, or replacement equipment. We review the package for build readiness and flag missing details before work starts. Design changes and component alternatives are submitted for agreement rather than treated as silent substitutions.

  • Drawing, layout, BOM, and revision review before release
  • Agreement on customer-supplied and MCT Nexus-supplied materials
  • Assembly and wiring against the approved build package
  • Inspection records, approved redlines, and agreed delivery documentation

PROJECT DELIVERABLES

What the scope can include.

Design ownership stays clear

Identify who approves technical changes, component substitutions, and deviations from the released drawings.

Repeat builds stay consistent

Use the agreed revision, component list, labels, and inspection criteria as the reference for each unit.

Testing matches the scope

Define wiring checks and powered or functional tests, including any equipment or software the customer must provide.

PROJECT APPROACH

From the first review to handover.

01 / Confirm the package

Review drawings, quantity, material responsibilities, schedule, and the completeness of the design information.

02 / Resolve open items

Agree answers to build questions and record approved changes before affected work proceeds.

03 / Build, check, and release

Complete the assembly and agreed checks, then hand over the panel and the records specified in the purchase scope.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before we get started.

What if the drawings are incomplete?

We can identify the gaps and discuss a separate electrical-design scope. This keeps engineering work and assembly assumptions visible before the build is priced.

Can you build repeat panels?

Repeat OEM builds can be discussed around a controlled drawing revision, agreed BOM, quantity, schedule, and acceptance criteria. Availability and delivery are confirmed for the specific order.
